Unable to download IM because of firewall settings how do I change them to make IM work?

Start %26gt; Control Panel %26gt; Security Center....click on firewall....in the exceptions tab...click the box marked Yahoo Messenger or any other IM product you will be using....Unable to download IM because of firewall settings how do I change them to make IM work?Go to your control panel and find it through there. Im not on my computer right now so i cant really buid you detail by detail but i know its in control panel finding your firewall and seeing whats being blocked and what you allow to pass your firewall through a list of programs being shown there.
