Launch Cast music wont play?

I have a new computer and I cannot get launchcast music to play either in my IM or from the website. I can play music from other places such as 365 and my speakers work, but I cant get launchcast to play. Any suggestions? I dont know how to change firewall setting, or download drivers. This solved the problem for me. Something about the codecs.
