Error Code 52100 on Nintendo DS?

I went to the nintendo wifi website and browsed other answers on Yahoo answers, but I still cannot figure out how to connect my DS to my wireless internet. I manually inputted the IP address and the DNS and tried disabling my firewall, changing the transmission rate of my router to 2mbps, and changing my authentication to WEP shared. I am using 2WIRE.
