On Age of empires the conq. On Game spy how do you fix your firewall to host a game?

Everytime i host it doesnt work its because i dnt kno how to change my firewall i always change it i set the security settings to low but i tried all of dat nd nothing works,, i can join other games but i cannot host one please help.On Age of empires the conq.
