How can i change my HP mim windows firewall setting to allow me to play games?

Every time i download a game it tells me '' unable to contact authention server. please check you internet connection and firewall settings'' or Your system is currently not allowing access to our servers. check your Firewall and/ security software setting to allow PMB.exe to run.
